⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products purchased during clearance, promotion, or special sale (unless defective)

Return Process

To request a return:

  • Contact our support team with your order details
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
  • Wait for approval before sending the item back

Kindskin reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the requirements.

Unboxing Proof Requirement

To ensure a fair and transparent return process, customers are required to provide unboxing proof for any claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Requirement

Customers must record a clear, continuous video while unboxing the parcel, showing:

  • The unopened parcel with shipping label visible
  • The process of opening the parcel
  • The condition of the product upon first opening

Validity

  • The video must be unedited and recorded in one continuous take
  • The issue must be clearly visible in the video
  • Screenshots or photos alone may not be sufficient without video evidence

Failure to Provide Proof

  • Claims without valid unboxing proof may be rejected
  • Kindskin reserves the right to make the final decision based on the evidence provided

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges / Replacements

We may offer a replacement instead of a refund if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is from our side. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels

Dealer / Affiliate Orders

For dealer or affiliate-related orders:

  • Commissions tied to returned or refunded orders may be reversed or adjusted
  • Kindskin reserves the right to update commission records accordingly

Abuse & Fair Usage

To protect all customers and dealers:

  • Repeated or suspicious return requests may be rejected
  • Any abuse of the return system may result in account suspension
