Impersonating Kindskin or presenting themselves as official representatives without authorization
Running paid ads using Kindskin brand name without approval

Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

All access to the account will be revoked immediately
Any pending commissions may be withheld or forfeited
The dealer’s position in the network may be removed or reassigned without compensation

No Liability

Kindskin shall not be liable for any loss of income, business opportunity, or network position resulting from enforcement actions.

Final Decision

All decisions made by Kindskin regarding account status, commissions, and network structure are final and binding.

User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Kindskin is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
